                   Capital Structure following Cash Placement 
 
Ordinary fully paid shares totaling 28,076,000 have now been placed by Finders 
Resources Limited ("Finders", AIM & ASX ticker FND) for AUD 28 cents cash each, 
being the first tranche of the $20.95 million fund raising announced 30(th) 
August 2010 on AIM. 
 
The capital structure of Finders following the issue of these Shares is as
