Director/PDMR Shareholding and holdings in Company

The Company was notified today that Raglan Road Capital Limited, a company in which Cathal Friel, Non-Executive Chairman of Fastnet, and his wife, Pamela Iyer, have a 90 per cent. Interest, has today acquired 3,555,394 ordinary shares of 3.8p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 4.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
