As the company has issued the rns, stating that the meeting has taken place and the name change will take place, along with trading beginning in the new shares tomorrow, I will no longer be updating this thread. The header has been removed and the thread is closed.

Well, let's see how next week goes. I've been here through fastnet oil and gas, fastnet equity and now amryt pharma. And I have an interest in fastnet hydrocarbon, through being a shareholder in fastnet oil and gas for some time. Think it's time cathal started to deliver on his promise of shareholder value for some of us long suffering shareholders.

I hope this gets more exciting next week, than the past few weeks which have been a bore. It has loads of money, it has some fantastic investments and it has a world class board. But at the moment it has no interest from investors.

Forgive my ignorance, but is this overhang new shares? If so, it can only be cleared by further buying, of which there isn't any!

Or am I not understanding..

Also, are you able to see the overhang? If so, what is the size of shares that must be cleared please?
