Yep,

I'll hang fire till the results are announced though - want to see how the debt is to be tackled.
The spectre of poss D4E makes me wary of buying just yet...although former owners taking earn-out shares at 100p does give me some confidence

If the profit is £6-£7M then the share will be 50p+ that gives company mk cap £20M. I am expecting much bleaker news I must be honest.

There must be a good reason why these are 12/13p but I can't see it. The debt is not massive and the borrowings have been used to buy assets. Confused.

Hope your right.

Bristol,

Directors won't/can't be buyers due to closed period.

I would expect the Company to still be profitable, est around £6-7mln maybe (the PW was based on guidance probably around £9-10mln)

Hargreave's sales was from discretionary clients, and I guess they have their own internal parameters with regards which stocks can/can't be held...ones post-PW aren't usually on many 'buy lists'!

They have debt but on their turnover its not that bad. Their debt is because of assets they have acquired.

Results are due soon. Very oversold the way I look at it but a lot will be understood from those 2016 figures. Was all good until October, can November and December really wipe out the first 10 months gain? Still will they make a profit? Share price means almost nothing in terms of real company value unless you need to raise money of course.

They could be 5p or 35p depends on the real figures.

Directors buying would give me confidence but I suspect they are in their closed period unless these big buys are friendly and just mopping up the Hargreaves dump.

There may be a valid reason for the Hargreaves dump outside of the November trading update.

£5mln mkt cap, £20mln (ish) debt but yet profitable to around £6-8mln?

Just need to cover interest and it should be okay, or restructure the debt...

100k trade just through - another Hargreaves rns to come soon?

Hargreaves sell a further 100k.

If they are now looking for an orderly exit for their clients' positions then that could act as a significant overhang and downward pressure on the share price going forwards...

Returned to FRP at 17p last session. Previously in a couple of years ago at much much higher prices. I think the company is a bid target and interesting upside opportunity with ceo gone and blood on the streets. Lets see
