The Board of Evolve announces that it has received notification that on 11January 2012, David Snow (a Non-Executive Director of the Company) purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The purchase was made via his self-invested personal pension scheme.

Following this purchase, Mr Snow is beneficially interested in 8,499,998 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.79 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, of which 3,733,279 are held in his self-invested personal pension scheme and the balance in his own name.
