Posted at 31/8/2013 12:13 by lr4850 (EVOA) Evolve Cptl (Assd K&V Csh)Comes up as a result of a search on iii. Is this any connection to EVOL.? My remaining investment was stolen by the company and I don't have any information as to what happened to the shares I foolishly hung on to. Can anyone please shed any light as i don't appear to have received any information from my Halifax share dealing account. Surely they can't just steal my invested funds at the time they delisted.? Looks as though they have though. If i stole from someone I would end up in prison. |
Posted at 01/2/2013 14:29 by warpedone @lr4850: I'm sensing quite a lot of hatred from you towards EVOL - I've lost money on the shares but for you it seems personal... care to explain why? are you minded (if you don't mind me asking) to accept the offer or stick in there once it's left the market? |
Posted at 08/1/2013 20:33 by tomboyb I'm afraid - this is another case study - Remember ASTR - if shareholders has not insisted on getting some money back i doubt we would of received anything! Instead shareholder could of opted for 2p a share - which i did do.! EVOL - the waste of money here is really not believable and to say we wish to remove shares of of AIM basically = = screw shareholders. "Suddenly they are thinking about preserving shareholder funds. - (their veiled threats don't impress either) They are making themselves look ridiculous." BROKERS DON'T HELP EITHER - |
Posted at 14/12/2012 16:11 by lr4850 Please have a look over on the board for the 3DR share price action in the last few days. Has someone worked out where EVOL stand in relation to their holding? I would appreciate some information as to what happened to Evolves former 3DD holding which was considerable. |
Posted at 19/7/2012 05:59 by natsbite Yesterday EVOL on FTSE highest gainer board (2nd) according to ADVFN :-) |
Posted at 29/6/2012 09:47 by tomboyb Market cap = 600kish NAV = 1.69p or over £5mill with £1.2mill in cashView = This management is so bad its almost unrealistic! IMHO there seems no clear intention to create "any" shareholder value but use EVOL as a vehicle for expenses and other things imo. How can u possibly invest in 3DD which is T/O of 67k! and admin expenses of over 1mill!! Ir4850 - u should of taken the 2p from ASTR - I think EVOL is one o case studies on AIM u look at and say "was there any intention of creating any shareholder value in the first place" I wonder what they paid themselves for this - |
Posted at 03/5/2012 20:26 by tomboyb Well i held ASTR and took my 2p's worth - Reason? ASTR actually fell to 0.25p for delisting - How can u delist when ASTR had cash and should of been distributable to shareholders - Effectively in the end sense prevailed.EVOL - currently has a cap of 1.0 mill - It is still trading below the multiples BUT it has one factor that absolves most - the management. Look at 3dd - How much has gone into that? £1.7mill and they are still looking to strengthen their balance sheet with revenues at the halfway mark at 67k! I would never throw any more money at it - Its a waste ! Isn't Michael Jackson of SAGE a non exec here - |
Posted at 03/5/2012 12:31 by tomboyb EVOL - Assets including significant cash sum in xs of 2p - 0.35p mid and buys coming in. |
Posted at 01/5/2012 11:44 by tomboyb EVOL - Balance sheet assets far greater than 1mill cap - cash was over £4.5mill at sept so there will be depreciation - Investments over £10mill with 1mill liabilities - Asset value far greater than current sp With the current cap i'd expect some value here - 1.0mill |
Posted at 29/6/2011 16:45 by lr4850 Is it correct that EVOL paid 9p for each ASTAIRE share. Will they get their original investment back? I don't think so ! |
