Grant of Options and PDMR Dealing

The Company today announces that 250,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been granted to Crispin Lilly, Chief Executive Officer.

The options granted will be exercisable from 13 March 2020, subject to continued employment. Each option has an exercise price of 109.5 pence.

Following the grant, Mr Lilly holds options in respect of 1,147,307 Ordinary Shares. Further details are set out below.
