EUROPASIA EDUCATION PLC
SHAREHOLDER DISCLOSURE

Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that London Asia
Capital plc ("London Asia") and its subsidiaries acquired ordinary shares in the
Company as follows:

310,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share on 18 July 2006
100,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share on 19 July 2006
125,000 ordinary shares at 5.25 p per share on 19 July 2006

The acquisition increases London Asia's holdings from 4.13 million shares, equal
to 9.2% of the issued share capital of the Company, to 4.665 million shares,
equal to 10.4%.
