Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that London Asia
Capital plc and its subsidiaries acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at 4.95p per share on 13 July 2006, increasing its holding from 3.88 million
shares, equal to 8.7% of the issued share capital of the Company, to 4.13
million shares, equal to 9.2%.
