cgp_win - I get what you are saying. Maybe I lack vision but I don't see this company making profits of £5 million in the next 3 years.

I suppose the fall in share price of Monitise doesn't help either.

Core business flagged 20% growth yoy, most of the Zain business wins haven't flown through yet due to high start up costs (born last year). You can't look at p/e for a business that has just turned profitable. Agree that 20x pe in the long term is more sensible, but this is steady state in a few years. Look at some of the IT companies p/e that just turned profitable (eg: IPP-AU/IPP-ASX, the p/e forecast is 400x +). Last year when the company was not profitable the p/e was n/a so it can't just jump from n/a to 20x with an emerging profit profile, you need to look at a longer term profit growth path.

cgp_win - Can you explain how the price factors in the core business? I don't even think the price justifies the whole business. It seems to be on a pe of 90. Which is completely ridiculous. A pe of 20 would be much more reasonable.

The price now factors in the cor business only, nothing in the price for HomeSend. Amazing. Sentiment is way too negative on this one!

PS: What's MM fishing?

How can this stock be back at pre-mastercard deal levels? The outlook on mobile money and eServe's core business has improved and the team have done a great job!!! Seems like some forced sellers or broker games have driven the price down to me. Very cheap down here, market factoring in almost nothing from MasterCard/HomeSend.

Those two transactions early took my eye. Looking back it's been a fair while since similar has happened and they were on the buy side. Motley Fool tip down under too.

Seems like MasterCard have started pushing this - flows to start soon:
www.homesend.com

Also they are the back end for the MTN and Bharti Airtel agreement:

The story only builds from here.

The 2x big buys at 50p lead me to believe this will break thriugh its triple top and run on convincingly.
Any thoughts?

future looks good for these but triple top if you go back long enough. stellar news or performance needed to break through for next leg up. might just happen.
