15/1/2016 10:01 | They seem to need so little capital that any profit pretty much should feed into cash, so they should be able to maintain and grow a reasonable dividend. Current forecast yield is 9.6%. Market seems to be saying that's unsustainable so must be expecting a collapse in profits...... | stemis
14/1/2016 08:50 | Yes, "in line with expectations" sounds encouraging. Though I hope it is market expectations and not some secret, lower, expectations that management actually have! Fingers crossed. | cwa1
14/1/2016 08:07 | I had expected this might have more relevance "Entu will announce results for the year ended 31 October 2015 on 29 January 2016, which it expects to be in line with expectations." | johnsuwon
24/12/2015 10:27 | Just been checking this one as there has been very little movement recently. With the drop in share price recently, I think the shares still look cheap and the chairman bought £30k worth of shares on 26/11/15 at 60.5/60.75 so I think I will hang on and see what the FY report on 29/1/16 brings. The market cap is very small so maybe the lack of trading update is to save costs. It is towards the ethically good end of my portfolio so am keen to let it run. Just need Robbie Burns or Simon Thompson to give the thumbs up now to give it a boost! Vaughan | vaughanthompson
17/12/2015 08:24 | Results will be announced on 29th Jan 2016 but no trading update. I assume these should be inline with the revised guidance issued on the 1st September? As any change in trading would need to have been communicated prior to this RNS? All the best to holders. | imranawan
09/12/2015 21:20 | Will we have a trading update next week? Last year it was Dec15. Flow group had a positive announcement today Does anyone know if we still have a MOU with them | jbarcroftr
27/11/2015 14:00 | Just had a check as not looked at these for a while. Carnage, what a terrible chart. Glad I stuck with SFE whilst certain folk were blowing the trumpet here. SFE never fails to deliver and the dividend is the cherry on top. IMO of course. | tintin82
27/11/2015 09:23 | Chairman bought 50k shares yesterday. How long is the closed period before a trading update? | mctmct
25/11/2015 15:00 | Thanks for your thoughts paduardo and brave call to add. I'm also tempted, but have quite a few already, so will hold off until a trading update is issued. Agree its priced very low, but recent sell off has made me nervous given previous sell offs, and then poor results, or profit warning. GLAH. | imranawan
25/11/2015 14:25 | Slightly up today on low volume. Hoping last couple of days drop was spillover from Epwin. Last trading statement was only 8/9 weeks from year end so there will be very serious questions about the competence of management if they do not hit targets. Priced very low but who knows what their outlook statement will say. Have bought some more - may live to regret this : ) | paduardo
24/11/2015 16:46 | Thanks paduardo. Although I noticed there was share price weakness at EPWN today as well - could be possibly due to the autumn statement. In the trading update ENTU issued in September they said they expected to report Operating profits of £8m - which I reckon equates to EPS of 9p and would cover the proposed dividend. I guess the market has its doubts and we'll need to wait till they issue a trading update. I agree with you that its not the most confident hold, especially due to the share price being leaky prior to the issue of results or trading updates in the past. | imranawan
24/11/2015 16:03 | yes I do. Average 65p. Not a confident hold by any means. I am hoping EPWIN being in line gives some form of read across. | paduardo
24/11/2015 15:49 | do you hold paduardo? | imranawan
24/11/2015 15:26 | question for me - is this selling ahead of autumn statement tomorrow or is it a pre results leak. Either way - it is a worry! | paduardo
24/11/2015 10:30 | Still heading south, so I'm out. I may be wrong, and it could just be a few nervous PIs selling up, but the price action is saying that something isn't right, so I'll join them. | lord gnome
23/11/2015 18:30 | Can't see how the trading statement can be good. Anyone buying dg or a boiler these days checks customer feedback online first (unless they're 80). Check for yourself how the Entu businesses are rated. Most people are wary of the hard sell and phony discounts as long as you sign this evening. It's a dead business model they're clinging to. | verulamium
23/11/2015 14:21 | Based on last year - mid December. | imranawan
23/11/2015 14:20 | 15 December, last year. Judging by previous trading patterns, you'll know if it is going to be good or bad from the price movements in the days before it comes.... | effortless cool
23/11/2015 13:56 | Trading update for end year ???When's it due | barryjoe10
29/10/2015 12:30 | Probably a wise move Dan. If we get an end of year trading update next week, confirming that all is well and no new nasties, then this could be back through the 80p level very quickly. | lord gnome
29/10/2015 10:34 | Closed my short here recently even with building stocks in the UK tanking. Easier short opportunities elsewhere. | dan_the_epic
20/10/2015 12:45 | Majority of these companies use direct sales and call centres and are very succesful with itTele sales ,door to door ,just two instances but both very lucrative and perfectly legal if operated within guidelines which companies of this stature will be doing | barryjoe10
18/10/2015 14:52 | direct sales not the answer, unless they want to end up with bad reputation and big fines | rabybay
18/10/2015 14:50 | marketing in Scotland for boiler think they will find that tough, too many good companies already smashing the market | rabybay |
