20/10/2010 17:54 | Doubt we are into fundraising territory Chris as this shouldn't be lowered on little to nothing volume. Hopefully not at 5p but if it is i hope p.i's can have the same benefit of buying. Maybe a partner or merger will surface before. | battlebus
20/10/2010 16:27 | Not exactly a downbeat otlook statement: The Board shares the view of a number of the Group's major shareholders that the Group and its customers, employees and suppliers would benefit from it being part of a larger operation. The Group continues to work closely with its key customers and sales prospects, both directly and through its value added resellers, with a view to further improving order intake which is up 24% year on year to the end of August. The Directors expect a further improvement in the gross margin as current product development initiatives lead to both a reduction in LED array manufacturing costs and an increasingly cost-effective flexibility in providing customised LED array solutions. The Board looks forward to making further progress in the second half of the year. | chrisdgb
20/10/2010 15:30 | If they'd narrow the spread I'd happily buy more to average down. DC | daicaprice
20/10/2010 15:27 | Can I just remind you this is a growth market and the company has an excellent product/partnership/ Let us just hope the takeover inthe 20's happens sooner rather than later to stop thsi nonsense.. | chrisdgb
20/10/2010 14:19 | battlebus:_re your 218. Market cap now very much below the minimum investment limit for most institutions. 39% up of a very low base is basically neither here nor there. 6 month cash burn £587K Current cash £492K Less than 6 months at previous burn rate. No director/board should be prepared to take it to the wire due to personal liabilities for trading while insolvent. | pugugly
20/10/2010 14:17 | Could be a new record, someone sold £140 of shares, marked down 21%......?????? Depressed.. | chrisdgb
20/10/2010 08:49 | I reiterate once again that it would be nice to see some directos backing their results statement optimism with some share purchases.. | chrisdgb
15/10/2010 10:35 | Online dealing price/size.. | chrisdgb
15/10/2010 10:28 | Electronic price? | battlebus
15/10/2010 08:52 | Anyone see the electronic price here?? I agree that whilst a risky situation the negatives are massively outweighed by the positives..the Asian contract shows the potential and a great project to sell on the back of.. Remember also the value of £3m tax losses.. | chrisdgb
14/10/2010 22:20 | PUGUGLY! Please do not upset me as i'm having a very good night. WHY WOULD THE MARKET NOT ACCEPT A FUND RAISING! SALES UP 39% GROSS MARGIN 31% CASH AT 30TH JUNE 492K OVERHEADS REDUCED BY 43% FURTHER 200K OF COST SAVINGS FOUND LESS 134 TRADE DEBTORS That puts next years overheads at less than the cash balance and the progress to profitability and cash generation in the first half can only be better with increased sales. Atleast a year in the old dog yet. | battlebus
14/10/2010 22:17 | Guys - I have a very small investment here, but one I can afford to lose! A friend ( who has close contact with a senior board member )of Someone I work with whom bought in to ENF very early was always willing to promote / recommend buying into ENF.My friend has asked him, on my behalf a number of times recently for his view/ opinion/ advice but he now refuses to comment!! Make what you like of that but I thought I would share it with you. GL Tang | tangsoo
14/10/2010 21:05 | Fellows - Suggest you check the cash burn - At the current rate will need to raise more funds. The message I receive from the statements is that they know the market may not accept a placing or rights and they need a White Knight to take them over before the administrator is brought in. 14/10/2010 17:32 | Could be turn the lights off before you leave the room! lol jimbox1 | battlebus
14/10/2010 16:47 | This looks to be a pretty high risk situation. The company appears to have put itself up for sale (ref. remark in the Interims about benefitting from being part of a larger group). It may be curtains if no bidder emerges. I have no position here - just an opinion. | jimbox1
14/10/2010 13:37 | some more buys ticked through on PLUS.. | chrisdgb
14/10/2010 12:23 | 5- just gone through on the buy side.. I reckon the mm only has maybe a short 10- left on his book and then we will motor.. get your wallets open and let us stop this nonsense.. | chrisdgb
14/10/2010 12:10 | yeah i keep reading the interims to reinforce what this company should be worth and meantime we stoop to the low of lows. | battlebus
14/10/2010 11:45 | As a reminder from Wales Online after the results, reiterates positive progress: Another hi-tech listed Welsh company, Enfis, yesterday announced a 39% increase in sales, while remaining in the red. The Swansea Aim-listed company, whose interim non- executive director is Dr Nelson, is a specialist in the design, development and manufacture of intelligent high power light emitting diode arrays and light engines. Chief executive Ceri Jones said: "The group has made progress towards profitability and positive cash generation and has successfully resolved certain outstanding issues from prior years. "The board is particularly pleased with progress in the group's core entertainment and ultraviolet curing sectors and expects further growth in these and other specialist markets," he added. However, the company said that compared with the second half of 2009, sales were up 39%. Mr Jones said that progress had continued in the second half of this year. | chrisdgb

14/10/2010 08:20 | Could we worth investigating this ProPhotonix which lists on 29th October. Article in FT today mentioning it and the LED light engines... Could raise the focus on Enfis and the chronic undervaluation here.. | chrisdgb |
