Yes Bolux run some funds listed in Luxembourg. Interesting name, I assume they have no interest in targeting English speakers! I presume they went into the infrastructure fund. Interesting that two other fund groups have spotted the value here, glad to say I spotted it long before them :)

First page is free from seeking alpha:IntroductionWhen the pack follows the pack, nobody gets anywhere good. This is why, I turn over lots of rocks, trying to find little-noticed and yet excellent companies that are primed for breakout.My goal is to hand-select stealthy stocks that aren't yet inflated by hype and publicity. And I want to be in them when their fundamental strength, positive earnings reports, and early price movements are just about to get them noticed.The market's myopic focus has helped me enormously in this tiring effort. My latest find was Caza Oil and Gas (OTCPK:CAZFF) which has risen more than 100% since I unearthed it just three weeks ago. And I strongly believe that the time has come for OTCQX:LNREF) to rock too.Lonestar Resources is an oil and gas company involved in exploration, production, and acquisition of unconventional oil and gas reserves in the US. The headquarters are in Fort Worth, Texas and the registered office of the parent company is in Australia.The company's growth is highly focused on the crude oil window of the Eagle Ford Shale, which has gone from obscurity in 2008 to now being one of the hottest oil and liquids plays in the US. Lonestar is also evaluating the resource potential of its block in the Williston Basin in Montana.Lonestar's primary listing is on Sydney, where it currently has a market cap of ~$240 million (1 USD = 1.08 AUD) and trades under the ticker LNR. The average daily volume on Sydney is ~$165K, which is much better than the liquidity in the US.

Yes. Very bizarre. Hence the chairman's purchase. Worth it for the dividend, and the lonestar stake is getting more liquid by the day (and worth more as well)...

hpcg - thanks, I'd no problem reading your link.

The holdings figures in the article seem to be ECWO plus affiliates. As far as I read, ECWO itself holds 55.5% of Lonestar, which is 11.7% of its portfolio. (April factsheet.)

What surprises me a bit is that the share price discount to NAV here hasn't narrowed much relative to NAV performance. Investors are still fretting over gearing and restructuring?

Interestingly Lonestar just popped up on a Seeking Alpha article. I suspect you need to register to read. Even if you can't then the title give some idea of the contents:

onestar's ordinary shares begin trading today on OTCQX under the symbol "LNREF." U.S. investors can find current financial disclosures and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the company onwww.otcmarkets.com."We are pleased to welcome Lonestar to OTCQX," said R. Cromwell Coulson, President and CEO of OTC Markets Group. "Trading on OTCQX enables Lonestar to provide its U.S. investors transparent trading and convenient access to its news and disclosure so they can more easily analyze, value and trade its securities. We look forward to working with Lonestar as they continue to enhance value for its shareholders."

The conversion presumably? Converting at this price is marginally accretive to NAV for ordinary holders come conversion time. Also 40,000 units at 6% receive more in interest than 23168 units at 4.6%, at least in the short term. Also the converter(s) could have sold their culs for about 1.04, from what I can tell, and so could have purchased about 26500 ordinarys in the open market. It could be the relatively low liquidity in the culs, tax reasons or probate, who knows?

They're managers of a quoted investment trust, epic code is BTEM. I don't know anything about them.

I see a further announcement just now, which will be the BTEM portion of the 20th May RNS.

But here's a website;
