13/6/2014 12:55 | will this be affected by any market downturn ? | sven2006
13/6/2014 12:45 | Yes Bolux run some funds listed in Luxembourg. Interesting name, I assume they have no interest in targeting English speakers! I presume they went into the infrastructure fund. Interesting that two other fund groups have spotted the value here, glad to say I spotted it long before them :) | hpcg
13/6/2014 10:00 | the stars are aligning here. is the latest purchase of 750k from the fund manager? i should know who it is but don't! | edwardt
10/6/2014 20:43 | Yes, excellent news. Hopefully ECOFIN will be able to realise some of it's investment going forward. | topvest
10/6/2014 08:48 | Another boost from lonestar. | shauney2
09/6/2014 16:44 | Wow. Big jump in lonestar today! | zcaprd7
08/6/2014 11:31 | First page is free from seeking alpha:IntroductionWh | zcaprd7
08/6/2014 11:28 | Yes. Very bizarre. Hence the chairman's purchase. Worth it for the dividend, and the lonestar stake is getting more liquid by the day (and worth more as well)... | zcaprd7
07/6/2014 18:41 | hpcg - thanks, I'd no problem reading your link. The holdings figures in the article seem to be ECWO plus affiliates. As far as I read, ECWO itself holds 55.5% of Lonestar, which is 11.7% of its portfolio. (April factsheet.) What surprises me a bit is that the share price discount to NAV here hasn't narrowed much relative to NAV performance. Investors are still fretting over gearing and restructuring? | jonwig
07/6/2014 18:21 | Interestingly Lonestar just popped up on a Seeking Alpha article. I suspect you need to register to read. Even if you can't then the title give some idea of the contents: seekingalpha.com/art | hpcg
06/6/2014 16:12 | A big purchase by the Chairman with 125k.He must be confident. | shauney2
06/6/2014 13:17 | New lonestar high. And a director purchase! | zcaprd7
05/6/2014 14:13 | Yep, Nav up 2p | zcaprd7
04/6/2014 21:03 | Encouraging - some value starting to show in Lonestar then. Phew! | topvest
04/6/2014 14:57 | onestar's ordinary shares begin trading today on OTCQX under the symbol "LNREF." U.S. investors can find current financial disclosures and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the company onwww.otcmarkets.com | zcaprd7
04/6/2014 14:54 | Lonestar up 10 percent today. Any news? | zcaprd7
04/6/2014 12:48 | would be mad to convert yet. does not make sense. | edwardt
03/6/2014 22:03 | The conversion presumably? Converting at this price is marginally accretive to NAV for ordinary holders come conversion time. Also 40,000 units at 6% receive more in interest than 23168 units at 4.6%, at least in the short term. Also the converter(s) could have sold their culs for about 1.04, from what I can tell, and so could have purchased about 26500 ordinarys in the open market. It could be the relatively low liquidity in the culs, tax reasons or probate, who knows? | hpcg
03/6/2014 17:29 | Which bit of news? | praipus
03/6/2014 17:08 | Any views on today's news? Lonestar bouncing of old resistance it seems... | zcaprd7
24/5/2014 00:40 | Interesting ned. Already owns shares... | zcaprd7
22/5/2014 14:07 | They're managers of a quoted investment trust, epic code is BTEM. I don't know anything about them. I see a further announcement just now, which will be the BTEM portion of the 20th May RNS. But here's a website; hxxp://www.assetvalu | jonwig |
