                                Issue of Equity





EBTM has been notified that Addworth plc have exercised 1,500,000 warrants over
an equal number of EBTM ordinary shares at an exercise price of 3.5 pence per
share. An application to have the new ordinary shares admitted to trading on AIM
has been made, with the new ordinary shares expected to be admitted to trading
on 6th December 2007.



Following the issue of the 1,500,000 new ordinary shares, EBTM's ordinary share
capital will consist of 249,812,029 ordinary shares.
