if hh had almost 10bill barrels do you really think fat buoyo lenigas (cant fit in my shirt) would have bailed???

he is trying to suck pi's in to cuba oil and gas...why if hh is the biggest find onshore in uk???

and if this greenland deal is so massive why havent one of the big boys even made
an approach???

Super scam and I humbly suggest that this is the matter for serious fraud office which should be thoroughly investigated in public interest. Probably the money raised has already been stolen and this transaction is mere cosmetic application for a cover up. Shareholders should be calling the FCA HMRC and every other regulatory body.

12bn unless a group is formed to chase them through fca...dor current shareholders who havent already been diluted from 0.2p ie the ones who have gone in sub 0.1p will be the next lot of cannon fodder to diluted out of their capital...but the reason they can do this is they know the great british attitute to inertia until it is too late.

DS should have been got rid off while back...from some posting he only gets £6k if that a year and expenses...and then evil posting on lse that the co. costs are £350k zone(cant remember exact figure he posted)) a year you think where is all the money being spent per month if we are meant to be producing oil too???

ie we are burning away £30k/per month on what with no staff?no office? no contact point???

That date has always been in place. The investing policy here was established on
Sep 12th 2014 and it had a year to do a deal. It's now a year on and they failed
to do a deal, that's why it suspended on Friday. No deal by March and it delists.

The 'news' wasn't really this Greenland deal - there won't be any progress there
until new year 2016 according to the RNS and might not go ahead anyway. The real
news is AIM have said the investment in Horse Hill doesn't count as implementing
the investing policy as it was too small.

The reson why DL is ramping this up, because DOR CEO is his buddy and colleague - Strang. In a way DOR had to do something or it risked to be dead company. On other hand now it just stepped on knife blade and is risking to be suspended from AIM. Big price to be paid.

ps that tells us now why our share price never went back to 0.2p..this has been the endgame for the big boys to get dor back cheap..if we were at 0.25p they would only be getting 25% of the shares they have managed to "negotiate?"

the key threat is march 2016...and that has appeared out of no where to make sure pi's vote through this great deal...read up on cairn energy and see how much they have spent drilling offshore greenland....and they couldnt afford spending a piddly £8mill to take this massive resource onshore???

pmsl no because DS has managed to sign the deal of the century under their nose...

well looks like the guys here aren't as easily fooled as the lse lot...

the fact is dor is going to miss out on any upside on the flow test staying suspended....

this deal takes cash away from dor AND we give over 50% of dor away for what???

a piece of paper saying x marks the treasure hoard???

I've wondered the reason for the placings we have done and hate to say that the cash from them will be now "disappear" in due diligence process on this deal and i wonder how much of the cash has been taken by DS...the man who refuses to answer the phone/refuses to return any emails of phone calls???

and the charlies on lse think this is the deal of the century and our mr.scarlet pimpernell has managed to do this deal under the nose of the big boy???

look at the underlying threat if deal not done by march dor will delist???

if anyone has any doubt look up angm...a gold co. in greenland that stitched up investors...and though greenland will be massive..only happen when the big boys start there...cairn drilled offshore....anyone any idea the hostile nature of the environment there and how will they even drill one well in this climate on shore??? and how will they get the equipment to the site??? lol they will never drill 1 well...either this is too cover the cash already spent on "business" or to let the boys who sold out of the last placing to get dor back on the cheap to sell in to the next news...will be using any pump to get out as dont see this as a company that is investable any longer...

fact DS hasn't responded to one pi shareholder in 2 years and will still not answer phonecalls or emails tell you he thinks he can stitch up pi's and they wont have the balls to catch him.

do you really think if this deal was so great cairn energy wouldnt have stepped in and taken it??? £8mill is a drop in the ocean for cairn they have already spent

Another dodgy deal from the Charles Street gang

How much did those ten shareholders pay for their 60% stake in the illiquid GGO?
(being swapped for 54% of DOR)

CompaniesHouse shows share issues at 0.0625p and 0.20p and this deal is to issue
the selling shareholders 22 Doriemus jubblies for each GGO share.

If those who paid 0.2p are doing the share swap the sum is 0.20p / 22 = 0.00909p

That implies it's effectively a placing to those folk at 0.01p less 10% discount

Warnock - Correct. This Government will not let this opportunity pass by.
I fully expect all companies concerned to make a killing over the coming years.
It will be fracked but just gonna take some time.
Yep we are all down but lets hope we are all on the same thought process and the government allow fracking to commence.

I don´t think this government will allow all that oil to sit underground just for the sake of a little fracking. I too am well down on this but I expect it to turn. Business is business to a conservative!
