During the quarter, Doriemus entered into binding heads of agreement (“ABM Transaction”) to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Asian Battery Minerals Limited (“ABM”). ABM is the parent company of Innova Mineral LLC (“Innova”), which holds exploration licenses in Mongolia. The Company is raising $6,000,000 via the issue of 120,000,000 shares (post-consolidation) at an issue price of $0.05 per Share. To complete the acquisition, Doriemus is required to re-comply with the requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules and its securities will continue to be suspended.

DORiemus are now up 1,100% from its low point at 36c a share. Why I have no idea and no one else seems to but buying goes on. The placing was at 5.5c a share and instead of going down the shares have rocketed upwards. Someone did say they have an interest in an oil tenement in Australia which is an option but who knows.

This is increasingly concerning as the value of my holding keeps on going up and up. Now showing an 800% paper profit. Who cares I suppose a galactic mystery?

I've followed the share for years and can see no reason for the big rise. There was a placing and instead of the shares falling to the placing price it rose 350% - looks nuts but someone is in the know here I think. Anyway, I am showing a 100% profit and still holding and no ideas.

It was thought the placing would flounder but it was massively oversubscribed.
