Shidu Group, the name is supposed to be a clue but I can't solve it.

The business seemed to be close to profit and imho they would have de-listed if the directors had held enough stock. They have had to come up with a plan B and it will need to please shareholders. Lets see what they come up with at the GM.

The MMs have screwed up, the 2.5p a share is for the shell, the company is worth much more a share imho.

I suppose with the alternative being de-listing ... the market is correctly factoring in the only possible result of maintaining the listing. It is discounting the deal.
The most interesting aspect will be what comes into the listing, and what further funding/dilution will be required. Because businesses seek quotes for one reason only, to raise capital and issue shares. Way too early to say if this will recover, depends on what happens next.

Lucas, yep I agree, it should be £650k post-deal (5.5p) and £400k now (18p) now.

Yeah I noticed that trade as well, I'm hoping for a bounce but the last time I said that it dropped 80% :-))

So, erm ... this was valued @ £400,000 with 2m shares in issue, and with a possible post-deal 12m shares in issue + £250,000 it should theoretically be valued @ £650,000 all things being equal eh? ... so, erm ... 5.42p eh? ... so as things stand, the share price is about right ... for now.

Probably best to hold what you have rather than average down, were the buys today
people averaging down, no, just a couple of punts on a bounce because until any possible new stock hits the market the stock is highly illiquid, 50k in either
direction can do what it did today % wise.

This is so annoying when AIM companies consolidate shares its happened to me three times now its making me wonder if its done deliberately to get punters to pump more money into the market,because l will have to buy a hell of a lot of share here now to brake even.

You do get to keep 100% shares in their 2 companies though but only 20% of the shell.

I thought there was only stock coming if the loan was converted if they do not
pay back the actually loan which is timewise well away from now.

Agree - the posts dont lie - three similar ramps all within space of an hour on 5th October- appalling nasty behaviour - ramping without any evidence to back it up. Such people will inevitably get their come uppance in due course and wont we all love it!!
