I would think they will want to try a sample of each type of materials through the plant [from memory 3 or 4 sorts ] to compare yeilds
It would make sense to process the material giving best results first to maximise up front financing.
On the other hand they will want to issue as soon as possible any good news to encourage more partners .
Anybody any ideas on yeilds expected in carats per 100 ton because with the sort of throughputs we are talking there should be soon plenty to sell .

Any chance we can get a bit of conversation going??

They seem to have a Daily Mail fan base (is it Geoff Foster)...

But they are completely off radar, but buying interest does get the price moving quite quickly.

I really have no idea how high this could go but it is looking interesting.

The times given were very fuzzy and subject to all sorts of power caveats (which are now removed).

I would imagine, if the initial findings are successful, then there will be an announcement before end July, at which point the directors either have an exit strategy, or there will be other JVs announced which grow critical mass, and hence any exit price.

Bear in mind, there was nothing of any note that I could find in any weekend press either.

I believe they are producing (or at least running)

Yes CK this could go from nothing to a substantial price in a very short space of time.

The potential revenues from this are enormous... Very exciting to be able to buy in at a cap of only a few million. IMHO

Morning, TP. This was a lovely surprise to wake up to. Just imagine what the price could be once they start producing.

Hi D

What is the estimated period over which Grasfontein revenues will flow in??

tippingpoint

Plenty of us. IPO price of 12.5p valued the company about 40m, the revenue potential form the JV at Grasfontein could be as much as 233m USD ... other joint venture possibilities abound, BUT there isn't an awful lot of information about barriers to entry, patents, and whether such patents would hold. Also some legal clouds hanging over Botha to boot. Risk reward is very pleasant equation, but this is clearly not without risk.

I would expect a big player to come and snap these up the minute the technology is proven, and at some multiple of the current price.

Here is a nice broker report from last year - makes interesting reading. Think these shares could make their way back to listing price of 12.5p with some pace shortly imho...

Just look at the potential revenues in the report:

interesting to see CVS held on to these. directors have been buying. if this technology works we could be farming it out to all and sundry.......or?
small long position so quite comfortable.
good luck all.

Well getting back to the IPO price of 12.5p would be a good start and any smidgeon of success and it will likely do that imho
