10/7/2013 10:12 | The disposal is earnings dilutive in the first instance and that's what the market is concentrating on.The shares have had a good run recently. You can only trust the management given such an experienced board that concentrating on manufacturing is the way forward. | steeplejack

04/11/2012 22:11 | @nehpets81 Interesting blog, and I share some of the concerns you have about DPH. I did not participate in the rights issue, but I still hold the shares I had originally. DPH has been a strong performer for me. The thing that gives me some assurance that the directors are not doing anything stupid is that the they own £8.7m worth of shares. | blippy2
02/11/2012 15:15 | This seems like quite a sleepy board at the moment so I thought I would bore you with short blog post about Dechra. Any criticism/pointers gladly received. | nehpets81

30/4/2012 09:07 | @Vulgaris: Right issue admitted. 3 for 10 rights issue. Yesterday closed at 504p. So the theoretical price should be: 10 x 504p = 50.40 (yesterday close price) 3 x 300p = 9.00 (based on actual issue price) -- ----- 13 x 456.9p = 59.40 So the price has actually gone UP, because it's currently trading at 463p instead of 456.9p. What's worrying me is that I hold these in a TD Waterhouse ISA, but never received a corporate action notice. Has anyone else had one? Also, shouldn't we have more shares in our accounts now? I'm confused, because I've never been asked if i want to take up or sell on my rights. Can anyone clarify this? | blippy2
