Board Change
Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN), the investment bank providing corporate advisory, institutional stockbroking and wealth management services, announces the intended resignation of Non-Executive Director Peter Dicks from the Board of the Company. His resignation will take effect on publication of the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 and the recommencement of trading in the Company's shares on AIM, at which time the Company hopes to be in a position to announce a replacement.
Peter Shea, Chairman, commented: "Peter has been a Director since February 2000 and provided many years of invaluable guidance and advice. We are disappointed that he has had to take this decision which is due to a conflict of interest, but we wish him very well for the future. I would like to personally thank him for his contribution during his tenure."
