I emailed the company about the London delisting and expressed disappointment that it was happening. Also asked for more info on timing. Text of the response shown below. Doesn't look like they are too far advanced with the delisting process....but could be wrong on that one.

"It's a petty to hear that you are disappointed about the intended delisting, but obviously we believe that it is in the interest of the company and its shareholders to be listed in Amsterdam only. As you probably will be aware, as DI holder you can sell your shares on Euronext too if you would like to do so in the future. Further announcements on the delisting process will be made on due course, there is no further information currently available.

Kind regards,

Arnoud van Tulder

Chief Financial Officer

when they delist you will get the same amount of shares on the euronext and the share price is higher than aim so not really a problem as most brokers will trade euronext.

I exited my position here @4.80p last week and realised a 60% gain since first investing last August. My reasons were twofold.

1. Unless they arrange to settle transactions via Crest in the Euronext market (after delisting from AIM) the stock will have to be held in a separate Euro denominated account which will be a hassle for one Euro denominated stock.

2. The results were excellent but with an historic PER in the 30's the valuation has possibly got a bit ahead of itself particularly in the current economic climate.

These now go back onto my Watchlist since I think they offer great long term potential and I would probably look to buy back in if the price slipped back below 5 Euros later this year or on any sharp market pullback. GL to all holders.

yes def one to watch.....

been into these for some time now, not many shares in pi hands which is good, also being a dutch company i see no reason why they should not be listed on euro and aim market was (is) probably holding them back as institutional investors will not take them seriously.

cryo lip due to be launched soon, next month i believe..

Thx Dannys. So the Chief Exec. and a non exec director hold c.35% of the equity and 6 institutions 27% between them plus the Company has been concentrating holders' interests by buying the equity and thereby reducing the number of shares in issue. We also have one of the share quotes disappearing. One to watch very carefully.

Danny

Do you know the rough breakdown of share ownership here? With attractive small companies like this one there is always the risk of Directors/Controlling Shareholders trying to manipulate ownership back into their own hands at the cheapest price possible.

Hope that those of you that are awake (and I wasn't) have noted the difference between the current London share price (460p) and that on Dannys excellent link (at post 179) (Euro 5.80). Euro 5.80 equates to £5.13 at £1 =E1.13. Also note that the share price went up after the results announcement in Amsterdam - so the Dutch aren't planting tulips after all. Anybody contemplating a decent sized sale should have a think about all this.

The share price is obviously being more influenced by the AIM delisting than the results and prospects at the moment. The only thing that surprises me is that there is not enough demand in Amsterdam to mop up London sales. Are the Dutch too busy planting tulips? Has Cryo made the right decision? The UK MMs will undoubtedly push stock through to Euronext if there is money to be made. Monitoring the Euronext Cryo share price would seem sensible to me.
