this looks a good growth company, % of shares in secure hands and euro listing will move this to the next level in my opinion.
any views from other investors most welcomed, good or bad!

Yes it is SEY Masurenguy i did not want to say again as its not right to either ramp or deramp another stock on your board, it was good of you to answer my questions as it is! Not sure even now how ours will fair hence the little venture off the beaten track so to speak...Good thing is i too hold the other big one in the same market so if the consolidation does not work out then at least it wont hurt so much!

Out of intrest whats the potted history here and where is this company heading? It looks like its worth a punt? Good mgmt team too i would imagine to pull off such a sucessful consoidation?

i am not a holder here but a company i am invested in is going to do the same thing very soon albeit in a differnt sector all together. i have watched this as an example of how its done and very well i must say... GL to you all with this i only hope that ours goes as well as yours has...

Upward re-rating continues on fairly modest volumes. The share price is up by 80% over the past two months after factoring in the 1 to 5 consolidation earlier this month,

The share price is being cynically manipulated by MMs. Just 600 shares bought at 480p before 11.00am and suddenly for no discernable reason they move the headline range up from 445 - 480 to 505 - 525 subsequently managing to prompt a huge Buy of 1000 shares @515p. The sooner the Euronext listing commences the better !

Sorry but it looked like you meant Cryo-Save. Don't know that I buy the argument that all share consolidations end in tears. Each case is different and should be judged on its individual circumstances. Where Cryo-Serve is concerned it is far too early to call - it'll be necessary to see at least a couple of weeks trading on Euronext before drawing any qualified conclusions !

Ridiculous - where do earth do you get 'why did they go backwards' from ? The 5 to 1 consolidation went from a 91.5p close yesterday, on a spread of 1%, to a a mid-price of 445p, based upon a negligible volume of 2800 shares. This total volume consisted of an aggregate of 5 small buys, all at 450p, on a 3% spread. Statistically that is still effectively 5 to 1 conversion with a wider spread at the higher price !

I think that they will attract new institutional and private investors from other European countries once they actually list on Euronext. Since only 9 shareholders account for 70% of the issued shares (see below) there is likely to be a limited free float and that could act as a catalyst to move the share price up even further.

I see this as a long term investment and consequently hold these shares in my SIPP. I'm already sitting on a good paper profit here and if global markets retrace and the CRYO price falls back then I would look to add.

was i two minds about selling prior to this listing just to see what happened to shareprice but decided against so still holding all my shares bar a few which i sold for another investment.

Too soon to know. Closing share price yesterday was 91.5p and opening midprice this morning is 450p. On a 5 to 1 conversion that equates to 90p but since there have not been any trades so far today it is meaningless.

In this case the consolidation was due to the imminent listing on Euronext which will be quoted in Euros. I think that they may have considered it to be disadvantageous to have a share price of less than one Euro on listing.
