15/10/2012 22:35 | A poster on the LSE board 'DrOval'has suggested that the shares will shortly be relisted and that we should all sell. They also intimate that they know where we live. EEEK | ravenna23
08/10/2012 10:00 | Hi Mr Chaps. The shares are suspended. That's why the price doesn't change. Cheers, Steve. | stevemarkus
05/10/2012 13:06 | Am I being dim as to why this announcement doesn't flicker the share price, presumably there is some grey market or something? No news still on the accounts I guess? | mr_chaps
04/10/2012 10:13 | Good. So they should. | jeffian
03/10/2012 23:30 | In the Aberdeen Press & Journal today it states that Cosalt are passing the files over to the police to let them decide if there is a case to answer in a criminal court. | failedqs
02/10/2012 15:09 | It beggars belief that what is, on the face of it, a significant fraud, can be 'settled' between the parties by some sort of financial compensation. Crime is crime. Surely PC Plod ought to be taking an interest in this? | jeffian
27/9/2012 08:47 | 2009: 2010: | isalolly
27/9/2012 08:38 | Pardon me but didn't the melvilles support football[sic] dirty money? | targatarga
27/9/2012 08:33 | In a just society the Crown would now be saying "Thanks for bringing this to our attention. You may be happy to settle, now hand over your files, we're going to prosecute." Guilty in this instance, how much other fraud have the Melvilles been committing. Open season on them now. | isalolly
27/9/2012 08:27 | Pity the Melvilles won't be brought to justice though. Shows how corrupt the legal system is, that an apparently clear case of fraud can be bought off by paying a few quid. | failedqs
27/9/2012 08:16 | Interesting line, "While the Company has rejected all previous offers to settle, it has agreed in principle to accept the latest offer". So it was never a question of guilty or not, it was how much. That means that Ross has known all along that there was a minimum sum coming our way and he's been able to factor that in to his calculations whilst using the uncertainty of the case to depress the share price And it looks like it's going to be a hefty sum. We wouldn't be here with out Ross's financial backing to carry us but trying to take it private to have all the benefit for himself when he brought the Melvilles in..............sche You know what's coming next don't you. Extension of funding, publication of accounts, placing and rights issue underwritten by Oval, Oval increases shareholding, forcible de-listing. 6 months max. | isalolly
27/9/2012 07:14 | VERY GOOD NEWS at Last | solarno lopez
18/9/2012 08:07 | Worth reading todays announcement issued by Brookwell who had a stake in Cosalt. They give their reasons for selling their entire holding. | solarno lopez
16/9/2012 20:56 | Report in the Press and Journal 14 September "Cosalt Offshore said yesterday that it had transformed its Aberdeen premises to meet demand in 2012 ..." | jordon
06/9/2012 15:25 | Ravenna you are a silly billy | solarno lopez
03/9/2012 20:37 | dont think Ross ever gave up on taking over the company :/ | madd1
31/8/2012 19:00 | Me Ross still trying to cook the books then. So obvious and pathetic!. | jordon
24/8/2012 14:02 | Mr Ross the one with doubtful ethics and probably ex friends in high places, must still be at the company with his hands on the TILLer. He would not try a another scheme to acquire the company or would he?. When will he inform other shareholders on the current progress of the company and the situation with the recovery plan? | jordon
12/8/2012 10:20 | It appears that clever Trevor Sands trained with Dross at the accountancy firm of Enron fame Arthur Andersen. No doubt that is where they learnt the basics of shafting shareholders. This must be embarrassing for Dross as he can only get old cronies to work for him and confirms that he will always put his own interest ahead of other shareholders. It also destroys whatever credibility our Trevor has left as he clearly did not get the job on merit! Cue Oval and breach of fiduciary duties fanfare!!! | ravenna23
12/8/2012 10:11 | From Privare Eye, A pinch of Cosalt With Slicker: "Carphone Warehouse co-founder and Tory donor David Ross has had his share of business and personal embarrassments, involving struggling property ventures, undisclosed loans and police inquiries into assault allegations. Now problems at Cosalt, his family business, have resulted in the continued non-appearance of the overdue annual accounts, the suspension of share dealings and a breach of the Companies Act..." | ravenna23
08/8/2012 10:04 | Good to hear that our SORT giants have awakened from their apparent slumber and are back on the offensive. News soon. GLA | ravenna23
13/7/2012 13:16 | ahhh but thats good news.... mr Ross dosnt want us to hear good news... only bad news gets an RNS. | madd1
12/7/2012 10:51 | I wonder why an announcement of a multi-million pound contract in the newspapers has not been worthy of an RNS? | mypension |
