12/12/2012 11:15 | Interestring article from today's Grimsby Telegraph: 'CASH crippled Cosalt Plc has raised just over £320,000 following the sale of the freehold of land it owned on the north bank of the Humber. The land, which featured an investment property, was off Gibson Lane, Melton just off the A63 between Brough and Hessle. It was sold at auction to Reynolds 2000 Ltd for £350,000. Following completion, anticipated on December 21, the proceeds, which minus fees and other costs, was £321,725, will be used to reduce debt within the business. A statement from the company said the sale proceeds will partially discharge Cosalt's obligation to repay the balance of a £1.5-million unsecured loan previously advanced by David Ross against the sale of the property and certain other properties owned by the company and which was announced by Cosalt in 2011.' | silverscoop
12/12/2012 11:10 | It seems that the pressure is taking it's toll on poor ole' Rossy. The truth is out there and it's causing him concern. Spread the word by all available media and keep up the good work. | silverscoop
12/12/2012 11:10 | Is it libel? Actions speak louder than words Mr Ross. Your actions and reputation make your motivation clear. This is clear evidence of a bullying nature. | ravenna23
12/12/2012 11:05 | ravenna, Have you any reason for LSE action? | silverscoop
11/12/2012 22:55 | might be worth copying all your own posts off LSE whilst available just incase they do get permanently removed? - I'll do that in the morning - had enough for today. | bakone
11/12/2012 22:20 | It looks like Ross has taken legal action to stop the LSE thread on Cosalt You can still read lse posts if you go to the members area an insert the member name. In that case perhaps it is not an individual post he is trying to have removed but is trying to shut the whole thread down, outrageous! In the meantime hopefully a few LSE orphans will post here. | ravenna23

11/12/2012 15:57 | Why wasn't this asset sold back in November 2011, when we were desperate for cash and having only six days to survive, before the t/o approach at 0.1p. Surely the next asset to go is the workwear. dyor regards active | srpactive

05/11/2012 20:40 | If you were on fifigs list of MPs contacted by shareholders a comprehensive package has just been distributed to them regarding Mr Ross and Cosalt, a copy package should have been sent to you. As this will be hitting their desks this week I would urge you to write a follow up email, there is a template letter included, confirming that this matter is still a major concern to you and urging them to sign up to the letter. If you have any questions or want your MP added to the list please contact Ezaspect@gmail.com. Thanks | ravenna23
30/10/2012 22:02 | Where has the £1,000,000 due last week gone? Or are the Melville's still playing holding out for a better deal?. | jordon |
