                              Issue of New Shares 
 
Collins Stewart Hawkpoint plc (the "Company") announces that a total of 
2,183,473 Ordinary Shares were issued on 16 March 2012 to the Collins Stewart 
Employees' Share Ownership Trust (the "ESOT"), an employee benefit trust in 
which employees and executive directors participate. The shares will form part 
of the assets of the trust and will be applied for the benefit of beneficiaries 
of the trust in due course at the discretion of the trustee. 
 
The Company also announces that a total of 1,174,558 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company were issued to certain vendors of Corazon Capital Group Limited. The 
shares were issued in satisfaction of the second tranche of deferred 
consideration pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement and Share Plan 
Agreement dated 17 March 2010. 
 
Following the above transactions, the ESOT holds a total of 9,052,253 Ordinary 
shares. The Company has 251,681,139 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 283,173 
are held in Treasury.
