06/1/2012 11:26 | also sold out and moved on to pastures new. | its the oxman
16/12/2011 18:18 | Sold mine first thing at 90p for a 20% profit + dividends over 2 years - happy with that given what's going on - it's not the best time in my view to take paper in another broker, particularly one that doesn't seem to be doing as well as Collins Stewart. Would have waited if it was a full cash offer. | topvest
16/12/2011 14:48 | ...which document gives all the info ? Company Act or ? I don't know much about takeovers but I had thought that compulsory purchase of shares of anyone opposed only happened if you achieved > 90% | markt
16/12/2011 07:52 | @markt - it's a scheme of arrangement rather than a traditional offer, so if they get 75% voting in favour from all the classes of shares then it's binding on all the shareholders. | warpedone
15/12/2011 20:54 | Still on the windy rock, watching lemmings go round and round and round and splat.......(all for a wee silver cup) Regards , Moneybags | moneybags

16/8/2011 14:27 | These are so cheap even the company themselves are buying their own shares back Regards, Moneybags | moneybags
02/8/2011 11:11 | yep results seem pretty good all things considered - management just need to keep delivering and keep costs firmly under control. a decent div will help in the meantime. value enhancing acquisition could also help and probably worth adding imho if it dips anywhere near 70p. | its the oxman
02/8/2011 07:55 | Encouraging results. CSHP is in a sector that's in the doghouse for the time being and may remain there for sometime yet. But in the meantime it's becoming leaner and fitter and despite the strong headwinds is managing to grow profits and earnings by more than 20%. The pe is very low; the PEG is very low while the divi for next year comes in at about 6%. Patience could be well rewarded - eventually! | triktrak
08/7/2011 15:59 | yep - i still hope to see this back over 100p someday | its the oxman
06/7/2011 06:22 | Seems to be very lowly valued. With PE for the sector at over 13, CSHP is carrying a consensus PE of just 8 for this year falling to 6 next year. Plus it offers a divi of over 4%. I guess at some stage the market will award it fair value. | triktrak
05/7/2011 19:38 | Oxman, I added these to my watchlist today. c2i | contrarian2investor
26/5/2011 08:41 | Renamed and given a new ticker as of May 2011. | its the oxman |
