Just got in from work and a very close friend of mine has just told me Gas news all over the media this weekend!comes from Centrica, he has someone in there, so asked him to keep me in the loop! Let's see if he's right!

Hello AnleyThank you, good you're here still too. I'm not sure about the drill cost, save to say that Halliburton have been working at cost. Obviously ideal if we didn't have to split too much of the profit with a major. I think that if the test drill results support the initial assessments then funding without a major is possible without losing too much value for investors. In the interim the Government mindful of energy security now the UK is going through the process of Brexit may if we're lucky improve the exploration tax regime as Mr Cluff wanted.Without any immediate announcements I'd have expected the share price to be as it is. Market makers are always looking for the two way trade, balancing their positions. It has often been said that the money only comes along nearer to fruition with energy stocks. I don't think this will all resolve as quickly as some people might hope but I value steady progress to get the real dividend.

Any ideas as to the cost of drilling and what he would need from shareholders?

In the last week there has been something of the order of up to 15% of the shares outstanding changing hands and I think you are correct to say that the price may have hit a ceiling and that will force out those that want to take a profit from the 1.25p placing or can't hold on as they thought a bigger rise was on its way. It shows you how MM on AIM can stuff up small shareholders!

We will have to wait for Mr Cluff as he gets to work with his City contacts..........

Chart has a gap from yesterday's leap at about 5.2.Needs to hold it.Bottom of it is 4.4. The previous days close.
Need some follow up news, farm in news maybe.
I reckon there maybe more interest, as there is a cpr now.
Just a non expert opinion.😃203;

i am in summitt, good partnership announced 2 week ago, goes from £1.50 to £2.50 and then back to £1.70

These aim stocks cannot hold a gain, maybe either sell on news and buy back lower or long term hold strategy

Hi guys so profit takers are taking their earnings, you can't blame them, just hope they don't get caught with their pants down, seen it happen too many times, they are always gutted when the share price flies North, i never knock anyone for taking a profit, but then i hate it when they come back and de ramp a share because they missed out! just bring in the partner now cluff, talks have already begun it's about the final details, that's all i can say!

IfCNA wanted to buy CLNR they would offer cash and no shares only or cash + shares so please bear this in mind.

Good news and I am pleased Mr Cluff is nearly at the finishing gate...so to speak.........and there is a partner just round the corner.

However, no one seems to be able to value what is under the sea so it would be intersting if we had a debate on this important issue.
