Acquisition proposal and Suspension of Trading of Shares

CBM announces that it is in talks with regard to a possible acquisition which, if successful, will be treated as a Reverse Takeover under the Listing Rules of the United Kingdom Listing Authority. Accordingly the Board of CBM has requested that trading in the shares of CBM on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange be suspended.

If the acquisition is successfully completed the Board intends to request the cancellation of the listing of CBM's shares on the Standard List, and to seek to have the enlarged share capital of CBM admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").
