In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, the
Group would like to notify the market of the following:

Claims People Group plc has an issued capital comprising 136,270,833 ordinary
shares of 1.5p each.  All of these shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change their interest in, Claims People under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
