                           Enhanced Services Offering



The Board of Claims People, the AIM listed insurance claims facility provider,
is pleased to announce that, as foreshadowed at the time of the Group's June
Final Results, the Group has now successfully launched both a Motor Forensic
investigation service and a Recruitment division, both of which are already
achieving market support.



KEY POINTS



  * Enhanced portfolio to service a fast growing dependent market;
  * Offering now comprises four clearly defined and wholly complementary
    services within the Group;
  * Recent launch of Motor Forensic service taps into the significant serious
    and fatal motor investigations market; and
  * Unique claims-specific recruitment agency launched to market.



Motor Forensic and Claims People Recruitment are new entrants to the UK claims
market which employs circa 75,000 people and where the motor claims spend alone
exceeds #8billion annually, consequently the opportunities are regarded as
highly significant.



As part of the Board's plan for the ongoing development of the current Claims
People business, and following the recent realignment of the Board, the Group
has enhanced its range of services available to the market. The portfolio
currently comprises:



  * Claims People Ltd. the original loss adjusting arm at the heart of the
    Group with capabilities ranging from Commercial and Household property
    through  Liability and Creditor to Desktop and other solutions;



  * i-Team is the interim implant claims management and staffing solution,
    developed specifically to provide focused, expert solutions ranging from
    headcount control to 'backlog' reduction;



i-Team is also able to use a multi-skilled team approach to undertake audits and
individual training projects;



  * Motor Forensic is an expert technical investigation service to assist
    insurers, solicitors and self insured corporate fleet operators in the UK in
    the investigation of serious injury and fatal accidents



  * Claims People Recruitment is a new unique claims-specific recruitment
    agency, specialising in the provision of top quality people to the claims
    industry.
