29/8/2007 14:42 | DavidLloyd - isn't it 4 divisions with a stray comma, between "Claims People" and "adjusting"? | verulamium
29/8/2007 14:22 | we can always dream, phil..... :-) | davidlloyd
29/8/2007 09:43 | Excellent statement; time for the share price to respond. I think the price has been walked down to fill a buy order; can see this as a bagger within twelve months - all systems go! | philjeans
29/8/2007 09:24 | "With the successful launch of two new operations, a claims-specific recruitment agency and a motor collision investigation service, the Group now has four divisions: Claims People, Adjusting, i-Team, Claims People Recruitment and Motor Forensic. Erm....I make that five divisions, Mr French......must be growing faster than you think..... Otherwise all positive! DL | davidlloyd
29/8/2007 08:31 | Why is this dropping ??, | wayneb
16/8/2007 16:53 | Chicken, Same again today.... MM's Just trying to get their mits on weak holders shares....not having mine.... DL | davidlloyd
15/8/2007 10:05 | Loos like the mms are playing games in my opinion - only dropped the bid offer still same. | chicken
09/8/2007 18:52 | MM's just have the summer time blues, thats all....... | davidlloyd
08/8/2007 16:55 | A tick down on very low sells, unless there is a big sell not showing yet.????? | wayneb
06/8/2007 11:30 | Could it be CLM who have put a bid in for AQL IT business ???? | wayneb
05/8/2007 20:15 | AQL rns'd after hours Friday that the insurance side was doing a bomb currently (and that they had received an offer for the IT business - and that they were thinking of de-listing!) but it's good news for CLM as well I'm sure. These two little business will both have insurance claim work coming out of their ears! Buy now whilst it's still cheap. | philjeans
04/8/2007 16:39 | I do not think the share price will move up until the next set of results, maybe they will show a profit this time. With all this flood damage etc they should have got a fair bit of work.If not there must be something wrong !!!!! | wayneb
26/7/2007 10:55 | I guess a key difference is that we have some idea of the current trading of CLM but until we get a trading update from AQL, we have no idea of current trading other than AIRS had reached breakeven on 13 June 2007. AQL looks to be higher risk/return than CLM. | tp100
26/7/2007 10:51 | I honestly don't know - that's why I bought into both! M/C the same and very similar types of business; both s/ps on the floor and tarnished by past blemishes - the future looks golden though and others will wait for the results. By which time the share price will be higher, of course; I'm prepared to take the balanced risk early. | philjeans
26/7/2007 10:45 | philjeans - which do you think has more potential in the short and long term, AQL or CLM? Its interesting to see that CLM's revenue is a tenth of AQL but both on market cap of £2m due to AQL's debt and bad PR. | tp100
26/7/2007 08:39 | A few months ago "loss adjusters" were almost as boring as accountants in the public's mind; now they are highly prized, talented and a very scarce commodity. Guess who specializes in insurance claims; loss adjusting; recruitment in this sector; crash investigations for the insurance industry etc? Our little company - £2.1 M/C!! | philjeans
25/7/2007 07:58 | More flooded homes today as the Thames surge moves downstream. Sad but true - natural disasters will always be with us - insurance claims are a fact of life. | philjeans
24/7/2007 15:12 | Bought a wedge here today, on this black Tuesday with the market down 98 points as I type!, as I know they are picking up lots of business. The flood claims are astronomical, and have been running for months now actually from various parts of the country. Their new services are being closely monitored by the large insurance companies, who are really struggling to cope now. This business has been transformed over the last year and now find themselves exactly where they want to be - in demand. Can see this at 4p again later this year. | philjeans
23/7/2007 18:08 | By Sky News SkyNews - 4 minutes ago - London could be the next area to suffer severe flooding as torrential rain is set to hit the capital. two areas on fllod alert with heavy rain forecast this week and next! | chicken
20/7/2007 22:49 | yeah!!!!!!!!!!! | wiganer
20/7/2007 13:55 | Surely CLM have got to pick up more work after all these bad floods and even more today. | wayneb
09/7/2007 09:58 | Positive news and a close in spread (to one approaching sensible.....) DL | davidlloyd
06/7/2007 14:56 | A little tick up ?????,could this be because of all the floods | wayneb
30/6/2007 19:14 | Judging by the rain I'd like to buy some CLM next week. But first I'm struggling to comprehend the drop in Receivebles shown in cashflow. (£583K) It's obviously to do with a drop in Loss Adjuster work, I assume Consultancy has filled the gap to present standstill situation in P&L figures. But has anyone seen a breakdown of this. I'd ideally like to find % of T/O & GP related to sectors and comparable historical figures. The sum seems such a large percentage makes me wonder if they have any future in Loss Adjusment at all. Director purchases were very encouraging, so still keen to persue. | jhan66
29/6/2007 14:51 | I am not sure if it is good news or not for CLM,as they lost a major contract with Norwich Union, ever since this the share price has drifted down.I know the share price has recovered from the all time low but it needs some sort of good news to push the price up. All the best | wayneb |
