Directorate Changes 
 
 
Resignations of Directors 
 
 
John Crabtree, Gordon Moore and Nick Winks have resigned from the Board of 
Claimar Care with effect from the offer by Housing 21 for the entire issued 
share capital of Claimar Care (the Offer) being declared unconditional in all 
respects on 28 September 2009. 
 
 
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Crabtree, Mr Moore and 
Mr Winks for their valuable contribution to the Company. 
 
 
Appointment of Directors 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that David Roger Grayson, 54, has been 
appointed to the Board as Chairman, Sandra Elisabeth Robinson, 67, Matthew 
Harker, 33, and Peter Anthony Letley, 63, have been appointed to the Board as 
non-executive directors and Melinda Carolyn Phillips, 61, Pushpa Raguvaran, 54, 
and Leslie Patrick Clarke, 49, have been appointed to the Board as executive 
directors of Claimar Care with immediate effect. Each of the new directors is 
currently a board member of Housing 21 save for Leslie Clarke who currently 
holds the post of Director of Older People's Services within Housing 21. The new 
directors will join Mark Hales and Nick Townend on the Board of Claimar Care, 
who are continuing in their executive roles following the Offer being declared 
unconditional in all respects. 
 
 
David Grayson is currently a director of Housing 21 Group Limited and Housing 21 
Property Services Limited, and a partner in Irwin Grayson Associates. David has 
not been a director of any other companies or partnerships in the last five 
years. 
 
 
Sandra Robinson is currently a director of Oldham Retirement Housing Partnership 
Limited, Housing 21 Care Options Limited, Kent Community Partnership Limited and 
Housing 21 (Guernsey) LBG. Sandra has not been a director of any other companies 
or partnerships in the last five years. 
 
 
Melinda Phillips is currently a director of Housing 21 Property Services 
Limited, Housing 21 (Guernsey) LBG, Housing 21 Group Limited, Housing 21 Care 
Options Limited, Housing 21 Trust and Dementia Voice. Melinda has not been a 
director of any other companies or partnerships in the last five years. 
 
 
Pushpa Raguvaran is currently a director of Oldham Retirement Housing 
Partnership Limited, Housing 21 Property Services Limited, Housing 21 Group 
Limited, Housing 21 Care Options Limited, Kent Community Partnership Limited, 
JBK Social Care Limited and Dementia Voice. In the last five years, Pushpa has 
previously been a director of The Charity Bank Limited and a board member of 
Gallions Housing Association Limited. Pushpa has not been a director of any 
other companies or partnerships in the last five years. 
 
 
Matthew Harker is currently a director of Oldham Retirement Housing Partnership 
Limited and Kent Community Partnership Limited. Matthew has not been a director 
of any other companies or partnerships in the last five years. 
 
 
Peter Letley is currently a director of T. Bailey Asset Management Limited, BFWG 
Charitable Foundation and WPF Therapy Limited. In the last five years, Peter has 
previously been a director of CIBC World Markets PLC, CIBC Investments (No2) 
Limited, CIBC World Markets Ireland Limited and CIBC World Markets Securities 
Ireland Limited. Peter was a non-executive director of Epoch Software Holdings 
Limited when it undertook a voluntary liquidation in 2001. Peter has not been a 
director of any other companies or partnerships in the last five years. 
 
 
Leslie Clarke is not currently and has not been a director of any other 
companies or partnerships in the last five years. 
 
 
Other than the information contained in this announcement, there are no other
