Posted at 27/8/2009 22:03 by gac100 I posted on TMF this morning about the discount with CCGP trading at 28p- New fool username for me since my post there in June - But that's by the by - I just want to point out to you guys here that an advertisment has appeared on Housing 21's website in the last week: they are recruiting two NEDs "We're looking for two non-executive directors with property, social/healthcare, investment or City finance experience and a sound commercial background. These are key roles in shaping our strategies and the organisation's future direction ..." I don't know about anyone else, but it reads to me like Housing 21 are already preparing for a bigger and brighter future ... could mean the deal is all but done. |
Posted at 10/7/2009 14:55 by dibbs The offer is massively down in recent days though. The market does not seem to think that they will be taken out and is valuing CCGP accordingly. Dibbs |
Posted at 09/5/2009 09:06 by aishah Are Mears interested in buying CCGP? comment in SCSW. Directors fed up of very low valuation - can't see being sold this cheap though. More to come I think. DYOR |
Posted at 07/5/2009 15:22 by dibbs Looks like Blackrock have been selling a few agian. Might need these guys to clear before CCGP takes the next step upwards. Not so bad for the price to consolidate a little at these sort of levels IMHO. Dibbs |
Posted at 06/5/2009 11:48 by dibbs A couple of bigger trades just now, one 65k and a 70k. A bit bigger than usual in CCGP and bigger than most PI punts.Dibbs |
Posted at 05/5/2009 20:45 by warranty Or someone knows something more likely Dibbs. This is obviously in play and with the current valuation is clearly way oversold anyway. Hopefully someone will come in soon and see the true value in CCGP. |
Posted at 05/5/2009 14:33 by dibbs Although CCGP has had its issues the valuation looks way too low. Long overdue a re rating IMHO.Dibbs |
