Pillion, There are several issues to consider now. If the JSE listing comes to pass CRF may very well be, shortly, "ISA'able". Which is good. Divs. paid subject to 'witholding tax'. [Reclaimable by yr. ISA/SIPP admin.].

Is there any tax deducted from dividends? The fund is based in Jersey, so dividends are paid without any deduction of tax. Is stamp duty paid on Stock purchases ? Not sure:- but I think not

The property was acquired for a total consideration of €7.7m, of which €5.1m has been funded through senior debt (provided by a local German bank), and the balance by vendor finance and equity. This property was acquired at an initial yield of 8% with a leveraged return of 11%.

very risky. if the uk follows the us and our property market crashes then stocks like this will be hit particularly hard. thanks for pointing it out though, ill keep an eye on it as a potential short at some point
