Chapelthorpe plc (the "Company") announces that following the acquisition of 
control of the Company by Bronsstädet AB ("BAB") Leslie Goodman, the Chairman, 
has tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company with effect from 
Wednesday, 8 September 2010. 
 
The Company wishes to thank Leslie for his contribution to the Company during 
his period as Chairman and wishes him well for the future. 
 
The Company also announces that Peter Gyllenhammar has been appointed to the 
Board as Non-executive Director and Chairman with immediate effect. 
 
Peter Gyllenhammar (56) is executive chairman and beneficial owner of BAB.  He 
is domiciled in Stockholm, Sweden and has a background as a stockbroker, 
corporate finance advisor to a number of major Swedish industrial companies and 
also as an investor in various assets and businesses predominantly in Sweden and 
the UK.  Since the late 1990's Peter Gyllenhammar has pursued numerous 
investments in UK micro/small cap companies, which has also involved the full 
takeover of a number of public entities.

Gyllenhammar and held in the five years preceding the date of this document are

Peter Gyllenhammar was a director of two companies that went into administration 
either whilst he was a director (Reece plc) or within 12 months of his 
resignation (Yorkshire Group plc). 
 
Yorkshire Group plc (registered number 65986) requested that its syndicate of 
lenders appoint administrative receivers on 25 October 2004.  In the 
Administrative Receiver's Report dated 12 January 2005, the administrative 
receivers report that Yorkshire Group plc owed GBP37.6 million to these banks, 
of which GBP11.5 million was distributed by the administrative receivers to the 
bank syndicate.  No unsecured creditors were paid save for the majority of 
employee preferential claims of approximately GBP65,000.  The company was 
dissolved 6 May 2010. 
 
Reece plc (registered number 2044214) was placed into administration on 8 
November 2001.  No receipts or payments were made or received from Reece plc as 
it was a holding company for one trading and several dormant subsidiaries.  This 
company was dissolved on 30 December 2003. 
 
Save as disclosed in this document and as at the date of this document Peter 
Gyllenhammar confirms that he: 
 
a)         has no unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences; 
b)         has not been declared bankrupt or entered into an individual 
voluntary arrangement; 
c)         was not a director of any company at the time of or within the 12 
months preceding any receivership, compulsory liquidation, creditors' voluntary 
liquidation, administration, company voluntary arrangement or any composition or 
arrangement with its creditors generally or any class of its creditors with 
which such company was concerned; 
d)         was not a partner in a partnership at the time of or within the 12 
months preceding a compulsory liquidation, administration or partnership 
voluntary arrangement of such partnership; 
e)         has not had his assets the subject of any receivership or was a 
partner in a partnership at the time of or within the 12 months preceding any 
assets thereof being the subject of a receivership; or 
f)          has not been the subject of any public criticisms by any statutory 
or regulatory authority (including any recognised professional body) nor has 
ever been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from 
acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any company. 
 
Save as disclosed in this document, Mr Gyllenhammar confirms that he knows of no 
potential conflict of interest between BAB, Chapelthorpe and him or any of his 
private interests. 
 
Save as set out above, there are no matters to be disclosed under Rule 17 or 
paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
