Chapel Down Group Plc announces that it has today published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and accompanying Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM, and details for voting by proxy have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. These documents are also available on the Company's website at: https://chapeldown.com/pages/results-centre

The Company's AGM is to be held online on the Investor Meet Company platform at 9:00 a.m. on 4 June 2024. Shareholders wishing to attend the virtual meeting should register by emailing [e-mail] by 9.00am on 31 May 2024. Shareholders are invited to submit questions for the Board, via the Investor Meet Company Platform, up until 9.00am on Monday 3 June, or during the AGM.
