CES SOFTWARE SIGNS GOLDEN PALACE TO SKILL GAMES DEAL

CES Software plc (the "Company" or "CES"), a leading provider of skill gaming
and exchange betting technology, announced today that its wholly-owned
subsidiary, SkillJam Technologies Corporation ("SkillJam"), has entered into an
agreement with Golden Palace to provide cash skill-based games.

SkillJam (www.skilljam.com), is one of the Internet's leading providers of
fee-based games of skill. SkillJam's gaming offerings include pay-per-play and
subscription-based gaming products such as skill-based online games and
downloadable deluxe games which provide multiple revenue models for the business
and its network of affiliate distribution partners. In addition to managing its
own portfolio of diversified online gaming destinations, SkillJam also develops
and hosts private-label gaming solutions for a broad network of destination
sites.

Lorne Abony, Chief Executive Officer of CES, remarked:
"We believe that the skill gaming and casino sectors are highly complementary.
Our partnership with Golden Palace, one of the Internet's leading online
casinos, is yet another validation of the strength of our skill gaming platform.
With the size and breadth of its player base, we believe that Golden Palace has
the potential to add significantly to our tournament liquidity."

Richard Rowe, Chief Executive Officer of Golden Palace, remarked:
"Our key criteria in choosing a skill gaming partner was liquidity and player
experience. In our survey of skill gaming products in the marketplace, CES was
the clear winner, especially in the key areas of tournament closing time, number
of tournaments served, payout size, and jackpot size. We look forward to a
fruitful partnership with CES."
