LONDON (AFX) - CES Software PLC said its SkillJam Technologies unit has signed a deal to provide pay-for-play games to GSN, The Network for Games.

GSN, which is jointly owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment and Liberty Media Corp, is the only US TV network dedicated to game-related programming and interactive game playing. It features game shows, reality series, light sports, documentaries and casino games, including 84 hours per week of interactive programming.

Under the deal, SkillJam will build, host and manage a private-label skill-gaming platform for GSN's online destination, www.GSN.com.

CES chief executive Lorne Abony said the agreement with GSN represents a substantial expansion opportunity for the group.
