CES Software signs exclusive agreement to provide the Sunny Group of Companies
with skill-gaming platform

LONDON, England - CES Software plc (the "Company" or "CES") (TSX:FUN) (AIM:CES),
a leading provider of person-to-person skill gaming and exchange-betting
technology, announced today that it has entered into a three-year agreement with
the Sunny Group of Companies ("Sunny") for CES to become Sunny's exclusive
provider of skill-gaming technology.

Since its inception in 1981, Sunny has grown from a distributor of educational
books to include Leisure, Distribution and Retail, Finance, Property,
Manufacturing and Advertising, and employs over 900 people. Its Leisure Division
has owned and operated land-based casinos since 1986, and now includes online
casinos such as "casinofortune.com", "www.MiamiBeachCasino.com", "www.mapau.com"
and "www.Flashwins.com".

CES will build, host and manage a private, branded skill-gaming platform for
Sunny-a move that will not only increase CES' player liquidity, but will enhance
its international presence. Lorne Abony, Chief Executive Officer of CES,
