Whilst those considerations and discussions were ongoing the Board accepted an offer of bridging finance for $2.0 million from Carl Rosner (executive chairman and major shareholder). This bridging finance bears interest at 8% per annum, is repayable on demand at any time after 1 January 2009 and is convertible into Common Stock (at $1.24 a share or such lesser price paid by subsequent investors) at any time but with automatic conversion of any outstanding debt on 1 April 2009." |

Graham--may the ghosts of Bioprogress forever follow you. I hope Your bullsh*tting blowhard personality that duped many and caused financial ruin for many others has learned a lesson because your decisions as a CEO will have many a lasting negative impact on the private investor! |
