Posted at 31/1/2013 15:27 by scientologyweirdo wow they want authority to raise money at a tenth of the current price !? |
Posted at 31/1/2013 15:26 by scientologyweirdo GENERAL MEETINGAs at the date of this statement the Company's share price is trading below the nominal value of its ordinary shares, therefore the directors are convening a general meeting of the Company to seek, amongst other approvals, shareholder authority to undertake a capital reorganisation, the effect of which will be to subdivide each existing ordinary into an ordinary share of £0.001 and a deferred share of £0.009. Details of the capital reorganisation are set out in a circular that will shortly be posted to all shareholders and will contain details of a proposed placing of new ordinary shares to provide further working capital. This fundraising should enable the company to settle all overdue creditors and provide some working capital In the event that this fundraising is not successful the future of the group may be in doubt. |

Posted at 06/12/2012 14:35 by comedy dc i've just spent the last 20 minutes reading all the old rns for cmi from coming on the market...the advanatge is all options and shares issued have been at 1p recently...and the original ones were issued at 18p...so the advantage is only 60 odd mill shares...and the directors have over 20% of the stock...looking at the rns they have got new products tested and approved..they are rubbing shoulders with the big boys (distributors/users) so the lag time is going to be converting the products to sales...the fact they got an order for £95k( was it for olympics???)todays rns this is the game changer..magnetic!!! These applications use a magnetic posting process instead of the traditional adhesive method, which ensures fast and easy posting and removal of in store graphics. Magnetised posting systems are increasingly being used within store environments to speed up the posting process. As no adhesives are used during posting they are faster and cleaner to apply and remove |
Posted at 28/11/2012 16:50 by hardie1961 TOPINFO is a self serving individual..This morning he tried, unsuccessfully, to drum up support for CMI. But then he can always have another go at CMI tomorrow. After all he said a few days ago "NVTA 20p easily" and then sold at 8p (but bought back in later in the day) |
