Saying chill out is all very well.

But CLN have only £300,000 in the bank. For that kind of money they won't get even a notifiable holding, let alone a minority or controlling interest in any worthwhile company. They have a market cap of just over a million. To raise serious cash for a serious acquisition would dilute existing shareholders out of existence.

And yet pharma2 is talking cash-rich and acquisitions.

Pump n dump, pure and simple.

Actually, it's £300k. And I know precisely who CLN are, what they were, and what a disaster they have been so far. I also know that Martin Churchmouse has specifically said that fund-raising is out of the question in the current market.

So pharma2's ramp about them being cash-rich and about to buy Red Rock - which he has been spamming all over ADVFN - is simply not the truth.

wdurham - they have about 500k in cash. KIM are now an investment vehicle callen CLN with no diamond assets, just an option to reacquire the diamond operations they sold in the future. They are looking to invest their 500k

All I have asked is a simple question - what funding do Kimcor have to make an acquisition?

I came to this thread because on another thread you said they were cash-rich and about to buy Red Rock. Is this true?
