Updated the header with links, still hard to believe how low the market cap is here for what they are trying to achieve.

I've updated the header, how good is that appointment today, the market totally
ignores this tiny market cap.

Karen Bullivant to join cancer treatment services team

CareCapital (AIM: CARE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Karen Bullivant as Director of Marketing and Business Development effective full time from 1 January 2013, but part time with immediate effect. A non-Board appointment, Karen joins the team at CareCapital responsible for developing and growing the Company's cancer treatment services business.

Karen's career in strategic marketing, branding and new business development in healthcare has included working in the United States, the Middle East and Europe. She worked for Pfizer in the USA before moving to London in 2001. In the UK, she initially worked for the specialist healthcare division of Young & Rubicam before moving to Bupa where she focused on creating customised marketing solutions that achieved commercial results while retaining goals that were centred on customer and patient needs. In 2005, Karen joined The London Clinic as Marketing Director where she most recently launched its GBP90 million cancer centre with an integrated B2C and B2B campaign. Karen holds a BA in Philosophy and an MBA in Marketing.

Karen has been a Trustee of the University College London Cancer Trust since 2010 and has most recently focused, in this pro bono role, on fundraising for translational research which will create targeted and patient-tailored therapies. These new advances will someday enable clinicians to stratify patients based on the genetic profile of their individual tumours and to predict what treatment combinations will give the best patient outcome with the lowest side effects.

Especially when they just bought them earlier at a higher price :-))

I agree with AIM it seems a real struggle, even this bargain of a share struggles to get regular support even after today's two bits of good news, still I cannot see much downside from current levels and like all stocks when the time comes you cannot buy any everybody will be trying to buy this and the price will be away and gone, 1.06p to buy now so almost back to the lowest buy price today of 1p.

When they clear the seller the real fireworks will begin, 1.5 mil market cap
now, why cannot it go back to 2p ?

How many times do we see shares where their own investors never buy in...we have two keen investors that have an appetite for CARE, you always find the quiet ones are the ones that surprise us all, i have also topped up today and long term look forward to my rewards GLA!!!!

Check this out, he had a lot more in January so looks like he is buying them back cheaper.

This took a knock on little volume...it will rise on little volume, we may get back to the 1.5p range...also alot of peeps probably sold thinking the 5m @ 0.75 was a sell, they may think about buying back in now!!!.

Hey Howard and others !

I remember this chap from my Market Eye days, i got roped in a right dog called Transacsys TYS around the dot come boom, when the stock was dead and buried this guy came along and from memory bought a huge stake at around 2-3p and i thought why is he buying this pile and it was not not long later there was a bid at 7p

Check out this link, it is 10 years old but it is him, makes this interesting.

So who was the seller then? Trevor Brown has certainly been active on this one. Presumably this series of trades has materially brought down his average.

1p was lowest, still 1.03p to buy so price has not raced away on that news, still the last bit of the overhang to clear as well but I think we all agree it is well oversold, just glad to get my average down significantly.

Also nice Rns this morning and no mention of any problems so the price has just been hammered by that seller who hopefully has sold their last 5 million to Trevor Brown.
