So it was not a sale to the market makers, that changes everything, I though if a mm had 5 million at 0.75p then they could sell to me at maybe 0.85p but now they do not it makes 1p cheap so I have averaged down.

That could be the last of the seller but the stock still needs to find a new home, I could be interested in taking more at sub 0.9p

It could when the seller runs out, they had 9.1 million and I'm pretty certain
all the buying today has meant they have sold another 1.5 million so it still
leaves around 7.6 million to be sold before Care will take off.

801710245 won't be long before peeps see the true value here, they have just issued shares to pay a junk of debt @ 1.5p a share, Peter Gyllenhammar still holds and maybe added as someone bought 1m recently....the whole market is down, i can see a big upside here when peeps click on!!!!!!

CareCapital announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of 15,000,000 new Ordinary Shares ("New Shares"). The New Shares have been issued at 1.5p per Ordinary Share which will be used to repay a loan and associated transactional costs. Admission of the New Shares is expected to occur on 24 May 2012.

On admission, the New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Following admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 163,410,368 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 163,410,368.
