    The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Issue of Equity' announcement released on 30 December 2008 at 10.09 am under RNS
number 8779K.

    The announcement should have been released under the heading 'Further issue of convertible loan notes' rather than 'Issue of Equity'.

    Further issue of convertible loan notes


    The Company provides the following update regarding its previously announced plans to raise new capital for the business. 

    The Board announces that it has today issued a further £254,000 of convertible secured loan notes. These loan notes are on the same
terms as the "A" 2013 Loan Notes issued and announced on 9 December. 

    Following this subscription there are £1.279 million of "A" 2011 Loan Notes and £0.721 million of "B" 2013 Loan Notes in issue,
totalling £2 million of Loan Notes in aggregate. This issue concludes the Loan Note element of the Company's fundraising plan.
