13/7/2011 11:36 | According to the Companies House website, Cantono were finally wound up on 1 Jun 11. At last I can officially claim it as a loss! | b1ggles
17/7/2009 12:41 | Usual suspects eh? | bozzy_s
29/5/2009 14:55 | All gone a bit quiet since the suspension, at least no more can get trapped here. | 8trade
29/5/2009 10:36 | Why would anyone want to buy these when the company is going into admin>? PWhite73. Could we have your advice please over on APN. Something is not quite right there, maybe as you say here a pre-package administration. | getting started
29/5/2009 10:33 | Ok Par. It's a fair point and one that may still see a bit of fuel left in the tank. | huddo1
29/5/2009 10:26 | saffy, huddo ahh....but..... The Noteholders have indicated that in this situation, and where the sum payable to Noteholders is substantially in excess of the cost of contesting the litigation, they may be willing to make an ex gratia payment to Shareholders out of the redemption monies received by them, the quantum and terms of such payment to be at the discretion of the Noteholders. this was when the share price was over 2.5p so noteholders could snap up very very cheaply here.....I think there is more to come here so be patient.. | parvez
29/5/2009 10:18 | Par. I just get a bad feeling so I'll keep a glancing eye on developments just in case. | huddo1
29/5/2009 10:13 | As the Loan Notes will not have been redeemed in full, the security granted to the Noteholders will remain in place following Completion. If the Group is successful in the above litigation any damages recovered will need to be applied first in redeeming the outstanding balance of the Loan Notes and any remaining surplus will then be applied in paying off any creditors. Accordingly, there may not be sufficient funds available to create any value for the Shareholders. saffy.. | safman
29/5/2009 10:12 | huddo1, I disagree. I think someone knows something here and buying big nos. Could it be short selleres closing or the note holders buying up stock which they see as cheap? | parvez
29/5/2009 10:11 | True, but it could go above 1p today, those that got in at the bottom would be up 50%. | induna123
29/5/2009 10:08 | Speculating on a dead duck. | huddo1
29/5/2009 10:06 | Bouncing back, missed the bottom on this one. Damn. | induna123
29/5/2009 10:03 | someone seems to be buying. what do they know that we don't | parvez
29/5/2009 09:08 | Somebody knew though ! Insider trading is a certainty on this one, the small pi's chase it up and somebody or two people dumping chunks below the bid including the big one, the million at 2.25p ! Nothing will ever get done, the FSA encourages insider trading because people know nothing will ever happen, one in a million get prosecuted. | 8trade
29/5/2009 09:05 | I second that motion - IMHO etc | ljsquash
29/5/2009 09:02 | 15p timely ! lol The pilly rocks of posting ! Unlucky to the genuine holders, Aim is crooked full stop ! | 8trade
29/5/2009 08:40 | There is more than meets the eye here. You don't one day announce the sale of the business and the next appoint a receiver. The loan holders are going to make something out of this and looks like some shareholders will stick it out.. | parvez
28/5/2009 13:50 | Yeah i think a few usual suspects were quick to get out when the price started to go red ! I thought the RNS was iffy, guess i was right but nobody wanted to agree until they sold up first. | 8trade
28/5/2009 12:48 | I think the share price is speaking. Ouch! | ljsquash
28/5/2009 06:03 | As ever, ultimately the share price will tell all no matter what you and I think. | timely3 |
