       COMPLETES $1M SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HALLIBURTON
                               
Cadcentre  Group plc ("Cadcentre"), the international  market-
leader  for  integrated IT solutions which aid the engineering
of process and power plants, has announced the completion of a
CAE  (computer-aided engineering) services agreement initially
valued  in  excess  of $1m with Halliburton Company,  a  world
leader  in energy equipment, energy services, engineering  and
construction.

Under  the  terms of the agreement Cadcentre will play  a  key
role  in  the continued development of world-leading computer-
aided  engineering  solutions, in  particular  those  used  by
Halliburton's  Brown & Root Energy Services  (BRES)  in  their
projects worldwide.

Richard Longdon, Cadcentre's Chief Executive commented :

"We  are  delighted  to  have signed this  services  contract,
initially  worth $1 million, with Halliburton.  We  have  been
working  towards  creating a services  business  in  which  we
provide systems integration and facilities management for  the
design and engineering environment within our major customers.
This  is  our  first major contract and we  are  confident  of
expanding  this  part  of  our business  -  complementing  our
traditional software and services activities."
