No news from the co. even tho' its share price has plummeted. Glad I didnt touch this one as far too risky. Not many shares traded and yet the mms seem content to drop the share price in huge trances.

Not wishing to sound too gloomy - btl appear to be drifting - there is no positive news and buyers will not be interested in a co.whose profits are reduced despite t/over being about the same.

the old in out you are a very wise person.

my contacts in the replacement cars business say that they are sound and news will be forthcoming that will have us all buying what we can.

Apparantly insurers are not anti this company as they are known to be against Accident exchange, where by the way insurers will take them the way even to the house of lords if they have to. rather than pay them.

i am buying in now and as the people in an industry always seem to know the true picture will tuck them away to let them accumulate towards my future nest egg.

xavico,

spread can be a lot smaller when you actually deal. Ask your broker. In spite of the problems btl have had this fy, I believe that they are very likely to recover
lost ground, at least to the 50p mark in the next two months. I am holding till then to see what happens. Good luck, but most of all DYOR.

Spread of almost 20% between buy and sell price is rediculous. Mms do something about it!

wouldn't like to have been an Environmental Polymers investor either but that's another story....

just noticed a large sale of 20,000 shares went through at 30p. Looks like s/one got stung and proves my point about this stock being fairly illiquid.

geeforce,

The info I have is that the person behind the co is a bristol man who was a financial adviser and started btl because he couldn't get a like replacement hire for his nice car when he was in an accident. He has kept a large amount of the shares to himself making it a highly illiquid stock. The shares have plumeted since the admission and he has taken a hefty knock as have many others who invested. The market is limited and clearly the results have not been great although no doubt he has made himself a lot of money. But that is not enough to put off punters. If the company makes money and pays dividends then can not see why people would be put off.

Anyone know why the rise!!

unfortunately, that reported 10k buy, was a 10k delayed sale, and so, imo, the current share price is not representative, and will likely fall back sharply today ... unless, we get new buy trades. But there appears to be no reason for the 18% rise, no rns, so overvalued imo ...

unless we see a late trade, may be hot air, and may fall back from whence it came !!!

hmm .. perhaps there was no trade at all?

Looks like it might be around 11:40 when we see the delayed trade, and why this rose so much earlier - it has fallen back fairly rapily though on a small sale of just 5,000 ... maybe just hot air?

Looks like this one's gonna keep dropping like a stone. What's it like to trade over the NMS?

INKY3 , HB have lost me over £125k this year and I am refusing to pay for these, they are a total bucket shop and I would advise everyone reading this not to deal with them EVER!!

Could not agree more with temelco, HB also told me what a good buy this was at £1.05, luckily I declined after most other stocks they have recommended usually show a loss of at least 75% in a short time, buyers beware!!
