                            Completion of Disposals

Further to Brammer's announcements of 22 December 2003 and 15 March 2004
describing respectively the proposed sales of the Continental European
Livingston Calibration Business to Air Liquide and the Livingston Rental
Business to De Facto, Brammer is pleased to confirm that both transactions
completed as expected yesterday.

Brammer intends to release its preliminary statement of results for the year
ended 31 December 2004 on 7 April 2004.

David Dunn, Chairman of Brammer, commented:

allow the Brammer Group to focus its management and capital resources on
developing further its position as the leading European supplier of technical
components and related services to the MRO market."
