BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on optimizing employee/individuals' productivity, has been notified today that Innovation Corporation Limited (Hong Kong), an entity associated with Mr. Michael Travia, Managing Director and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 221,666 ordinary shares in the Company on market between 11-13 April 2017 for a total consideration of GBP26,241.58 at an average price of 11.8 pence per share. As a result, Mr. Travia and his associated entities now control 29,640,677 shares (43.0%) of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
